No. We track, remind, and report. You get a disciplined collection system. We don't guarantee payment — we make the process transparent and automated.

Do you do full property management?

No. Rent collection only. We focus on what we do best — tracking payments, sending reminders, and generating reports. Everything else is still handled by you.

How do tenants pay?

Tenants can pay by e-Transfer, and RentPayday also tracks payment confirmations from connected Gmail, Outlook, and IMAP inboxes plus manual records when needed. Each tenant gets a required reference code that ties payment to the right unit automatically.

Can I see who paid and who didn't?

Yes — by property, unit, tenant, and month. Our dashboard gives you complete clarity on payment status across all your units.
