Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using RentPayday, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

RentPayday provides software tools for rent tracking, reminders, payment matching, reporting, and related operational workflows. RentPayday is not a property manager, broker, legal advisor, or debt collector.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account and property information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your credentials.
  • You must protect your password and verification channels.
  • You must keep tenant contact and rent data current and lawful.

4. Lawful Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful harassment, discrimination, fraud, unauthorized surveillance, or any activity that violates applicable housing, privacy, consumer, or communications laws.

5. Payments and Fees

Fees are calculated under the active pricing schedule in your account. Charges, settlement timing, and payout behavior depend on your selected collection model and account status.

6. Third-Party Services

RentPayday may integrate with third-party services (for example, mailbox providers, payment processors, and messaging providers). Their availability and terms are outside RentPayday’s control.

7. Data and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your submitted content and data. RentPayday retains rights to the platform, software, and service materials. We may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve service quality.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update features, pricing, and integrations. We strive for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, RentPayday disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RentPayday harmless for claims arising from your unlawful use, policy violations, data you submit, or breaches of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security, legal, billing, or policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.
